Taxpayers' expenses for continuing education of professional qualifications of skilled personnel and professional and technical personnel shall be deducted according to the quota of 3,600 yuan in the year when relevant certificates were obtained. If they fail an exam, they must get a certificate.

The fund qualification certificate belongs to the qualification examination for professional and technical personnel in the national vocational qualification catalogue, which is implemented by the CSRC and includes the fund qualification examination. The fund qualification examination organized by China Asset Management Association is the responsibility entrusted by the Fund Law.
