What certificates do securities analysts need?
Securities analysts need to have a special securities business qualification certificate and take the securities analyst competency test. At the same time, after obtaining qualified results, I will attend and complete the corresponding business training organized by China Securities Association every year. A securities analyst refers to a professional who engages in the business of issuing securities research reports according to law in a securities operating institution and obtains effective and qualified results. Securities analysts need to be familiar with the basic framework of the legal system of the securities market, understand the legal system formulated in China to regulate financial risks and securities issuance and underwriting transactions, and be familiar with the technical analysis of the securities market.

Conditions for applying for registration as a securities analyst:

1, passed the securities practitioner qualification examination and obtained the securities practitioner qualification.

2. Being employed by an institution with a securities investment consulting business license. (Note: Only those who work in securities research institutions or departments can register as securities analysts)

3. Have the nationality of China people.

4. Have full capacity for civil conduct.

5. Good conduct, integrity and honesty, and good professional ethics.

6. Having not received any criminal punishment or serious administrative punishment related to the securities and futures business.

7. Have a bachelor degree or above.

8. Engaged in securities business for more than two years.

9. Other conditions stipulated by laws, administrative regulations and China Securities Regulatory Commission.
