7. The administrative department for industry and commerce is the advertising supervision and administration organ, and shall perform the following duties according to law:
(1) Be responsible for implementing the advertising business license system, advertising business qualification, approval and outdoor advertising registration;
(2) investigate and deal with all kinds of illegal advertisements;
(3) Formulating and implementing the principles, policies and plans of the advertising industry;
(4) to guide advertising censorship agencies and advertising industry organizations.
