Those who enter the roads within the Sixth Ring Road (excluding) and the roads within Tongzhou District (excluding the main highways) need to apply for the Beijing Pass (within the Sixth Ring Road), which is valid for up to 7 days at a time. Passenger cars can apply for 12 times a year, and other vehicles can apply for no limit.

Those who do not enter the above-mentioned areas shall apply for the Beijing Pass (outside the Sixth Ring Road), which is valid for 7 days at a time, with no limit on the number of applications.
