In order to better serve the parties, we suggest that both parties to the contract stipulate dispute settlement clauses in the contract: any dispute arising from or related to this contract shall be submitted to Yulin Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its current arbitration rules. The award is final and legally binding on both parties.
