According to the Regulation on Classified Supervision of Futures Companies issued by CSRC in April 201/year, based on the risk management capability of futures companies, combined with the market competitiveness of companies, the situation of cultivating and developing institutional investors and the continuous compliance, the CSRC determined the classified supervision categories of futures companies (divided into five categories, 1 1 level).
The above classification results will be linked with the proportion of futures companies applying for increasing business types, setting up new business outlets and paying futures investor protection funds, especially with the order of applying for innovative business pilots.
Attachment: AA and A in the classified evaluation results of 20 14 futures companies.
