For vehicles that transport agricultural and sideline products such as vegetables, eggs and meat from other places where tail gas detection is not serious, the environmental protection department will issue a one-time emission test certificate, and the public security traffic management department can apply for a pass to Beijing within 2 days, but it is not allowed to drive in the area within the Third Ring Road (including). When issuing certificates, the public security traffic management department shall recover the one-time emission testing certificate and register it with the environmental protection department. If the exhaust gas test in Beijing for the second time is still unqualified, the one-time emission test certificate will no longer be issued, and the Beijing Pass will not be processed.
In addition, for agricultural vehicles and tractors that do not have environmental protection exhaust gas detection standards at present, the environmental protection department will temporarily implement the diesel vehicle emission standards, and those who fail to meet the exhaust gas emission standards are not allowed to enter Beijing.
