Mr. Yu Xubo, aged 47, was appointed as the chairman of the board of directors of the Company on March 20 12 and has been an executive director since June 2007. Yu Xiansheng joined COFCO Corporation Limited and/or its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as "COFCO", except the Company and its subsidiaries) on 1988, and has been the president of COFCO Corporation Limited since April 2007. Yu Xiansheng held several positions in COFCO successively, including general manager of COFCO Futures Co., Ltd. and vice president of COFCO. Yu Xiansheng is currently the chairman and non-executive director of the board of directors of China Food Co., Ltd. (a Hong Kong listed company), the chairman of COFCO Meat Investment Co., Ltd., the chairman of COFCO Coca-Cola Beverage Co., Ltd., the vice chairman and non-executive director of the board of directors of China Mengniu Dairy Co., Ltd. (a Hong Kong listed company) and the director of Glory River Holdings Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of our company, whose convertible bonds are listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange). He is also a director of Wide Smart Holdings Limited, COFCO (BVI)No. 108 Limited and COFCO (Hong Kong) Limited, the major shareholders of the Company. Mr. Yu graduated from university of international business and economics with a bachelor's degree in economics and a executive master of business administration degree from China Europe International Business School.
