1. The materials required for handling the truck operation license are as follows:

(1) application form for road freight transportation;

(2) The original ID card of the person in charge;

(3) The original and photocopy of the driver's license of the truck driver who has been hired or will be hired soon;

(four) a copy of the driving license and inspection certificate of the freight vehicle;

(five) the number of trucks put into operation and the written documents of the safety production management system.

2. Legal basis: Article 21 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Road Transportation.

To apply for engaging in freight business, the following conditions shall be met:

(1) Having a vehicle that is suitable for its business and has passed the inspection;

(two) there are drivers who meet the conditions stipulated in Article 22 of these regulations;

(3) Having a sound safety production management system.

Article 22

Drivers engaged in freight business shall meet the following conditions:

(a) to obtain the corresponding motor vehicle driver's license;

(two) the age is not more than 60 years old;

(3) Having passed the examination of the relevant laws and regulations on freight transportation and the basic knowledge of motor vehicle maintenance and cargo loading and storage by the competent transportation department of the municipal people's government with districts (except for drivers who use ordinary freight vehicles with a total mass of 4,500 kg or less).

Second, how to apply for a truck operation license

1, 3 photos of vehicles, original owner's ID card, driving license, driving license, qualification certificate and vehicle registration certificate;

2. Apply for road business license and industrial and commercial business license;

3. Apply for tax registration certificate with industrial and commercial business license. Take all your documents to the vehicle management office to get the license and get the operating license.
