There are three subjects in the fund qualification examination, namely, subject 1 "Fund Laws and Regulations", subject 2 "Securities Fund Basis" and subject 3 "Equity Investment Fund". Candidates must pass subject 1+subject 2 or subject 1+subject 3, or all three subjects are qualified to apply for the qualification certificate of fund practice.

Fund qualification certificate is a necessary certificate to enter the fund industry, and it is a threshold. After this threshold, you can go to fund companies and financial institutions for employment. It is a reflection of personal financial quotient level and a knowledge tool for personal investment and profit. Fund qualification certificate is also called fund industry access certificate.

In addition to fund companies, commercial banks (including foreign-funded corporate banks in China), securities companies, futures companies, insurance institutions, securities investment consulting institutions, independent fund sales institutions and other institutions recognized by the China Securities Regulatory Commission need to obtain the qualification of fund practitioners.
