Get a preliminary understanding of society, further understand the relevant knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics and transportation organization and management, apply what you have learned, combine the theoretical knowledge learned in school with the practice in practical work, gradually improve and develop yourself from social practice, and finally fully integrate into real life, so as to be a qualified college student with both knowledge and ability and in line with the goal of socialist development. Mainly to understand the operation process of logistics, so as to have a deeper understanding of the logistics industry in China.
Second, the internship requirements:
Understand and analyze the characteristics, main equipment and operation process of logistics. And according to the theory of learning, I put forward my own opinions.
Third, the internship process:
On the first day I walked into the spacious and bright office building, I was very excited and looked forward to being one of them. I met our manager when I walked into the office. He took me to know the business people of the company. They enthusiastically introduced their positions and names, which made me very warm when I first arrived. After a brief talk, I began to introduce the nature of my work and the arrangement of my work tasks. Finally, the manager made a short speech to welcome me and wish me success in my work.
The next step is to familiarize me with the business. The company specially found a business elite to introduce me and learn the basic contents of the business from him. What I will mainly do in the future is to contact customers, engage in business, sign contracts and close deals. Contacting customers is to communicate with lower-level customers first and ask them what products, specifications, prices, quantities, precautions, etc. Then look for superior customers, make clear the requirements of subordinate customers, and sign the contract if they can meet them. Or do the opposite process, from top to bottom, the result is the same. After the company signed the contract with the superior and subordinate customers, it reached the stage of transportation and delivery. Risks are everywhere, and avoiding them is the key. Try to perfect the contract and avoid risks. If the risk still exists, we must find a reasonable and humane way to deal with it. Afterwards, I learned about the national road transport agreement, how to fill in the freight documents, what matters need attention and so on through my colleagues.
From the above introduction, I deeply realized that the salesman's work is hard and tedious, and every detail and link must be handled well, otherwise it will lead to great disaster; It is even more difficult to travel irregularly, because we are doing a special freight line, and we must do a good job in both areas. These are all unfamiliar to a college student who just left school. Therefore, if you want to adapt to the immediate work in the shortest time, you must make a hundredfold effort, persevere, and be not afraid of hardship and involvement.
Fourth, the internship experience:
With the acceleration of world economic integration, the development of international economy and trade is increasingly active, and the logistics industry in China is developing rapidly. Although the internship time was short, it taught me an indispensable lesson in life. As for logistics, I only know that it is an organic combination of basic functions such as transportation, warehousing, handling, packaging, distribution processing, distribution and information processing. But I didn't expect its actual operation to be so simple. Through this incident, as a logistics person in China, I have a touching experience.
It is inevitable that the goods run slowly, the goods are poor and the loss rate is high. The strict utilization rate of high-rise shelves gives me a deeper understanding of logistics and distribution. Although China's logistics industry is not developed abroad, it does not mean that China's logistics industry is backward. Some principles (such as cheap labor in China) have seriously restricted the development speed of China's logistics industry informatization. Rough handling attitude is one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of China's logistics industry. This internship let me understand logistics from practice, so that practice and theory can be better combined. Here I deeply understand a point: promote your career, don't let your career push you.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) practical conclusion and suggestion;
1, attention should be paid to both temporary convenience and transportation convenience when stocking, so the goods should be stacked according to the standard, neatly and reasonably to avoid collapse.
2. In strict accordance with the requirements of warehouse management, contact the manufacturer in time for expired goods, and destroy them in time after receiving the commitment. Don't pile up in the warehouse, waste the volume of the warehouse, and don't put it with normal goods, which will give people a sense of disorder. To prepare another warehouse, so that those goods that cannot be destroyed at the moment have a place to store.
3. At present, the logistics center is facing many problems, with more and more batches but smaller and smaller, which has caused a difficulty in logistics management. How to grasp the relationship among prenatal logistics, internal logistics and sales logistics in supply chain management? The profit of domestic logistics is too low, accounting for only 5%. How can we make a profit? Facing a series of problems, logistics centers have to learn more from foreign logistics strategies to improve the efficiency of their own enterprises.
