In addition to fourteen professional core courses such as jurisprudence, constitutional law, Chinese legal history, administrative law and administrative procedure law, civil law, commercial law, intellectual property law, economic law, criminal law, civil procedure law, criminal procedure law, international law, private international law and international economic law, in order to meet the needs of cultivating practical legal talents who are proficient in civil and commercial law and economic law, many elective courses such as securities and futures law and real estate are also offered.
This major focuses on cultivating students' practical ability, offering many courses such as case analysis and mock trial, and also designing practical links such as social investigation, cognitive practice and graduation practice. In order to cultivate students' eloquence and strong scientific research ability, courses such as speech and eloquence and document retrieval are offered. In addition, this major combines the advantages of other disciplines and offers courses such as environmental law, computer application, economic applied mathematics, accounting principles and sociology. It has laid a rich foundation for students' further study.
