Article 3 of the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Trial of Futures Dispute Cases (II) stipulates that,

Where a futures exchange requests the debtor or creditor to freeze or transfer funds or securities in the following accounts,

The people's court does not support: (1) the funds of the members of the futures exchange in the margin account of the futures exchange; (2)

Securities submitted to the futures exchange by members of the futures exchange to offset the margin.
