Senior management personnel refer to the general manager, deputy general manager, chief risk officer and other management personnel, financial controller and personnel who actually perform the above duties of a futures company. The management of the person in charge of the branch of a futures company shall be implemented with reference to the relevant provisions of these Measures on senior management personnel.
