Article 77 of the Provisions on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License
Motor vehicle drivers are not allowed to drive buses, buses or police cars, fire engines, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles and motor vehicles carrying explosives, inflammable and explosive chemicals, toxic or radioactive dangerous goods during the internship period; Driving a motor vehicle is not allowed to tow a trailer.
Driving a motor vehicle on the expressway during the internship period shall be accompanied by a driver who has a corresponding or quasi-driving license for more than three years. Among them, driving a small automatic passenger car for the disabled can be accompanied by a driver with a driver's license above the small automatic passenger car.
During the internship period after adding the quasi-driving type, driving the original quasi-driving type motor vehicle is not subject to the above restrictions.
Article 98
Motor vehicle drivers who commit one of the following acts shall be fined from 20 yuan to 200 yuan by the traffic administrative department of the public security organ:
(a) the driver of a motor vehicle continues to use the original motor vehicle driver's license after replacing it;
(two) driving a motor vehicle during the internship period does not meet the provisions of article seventy-seventh;
(three) the driver who holds the driver's license of a large bus, heavy tractor trailer, city bus, medium-sized bus or large truck fails to declare the change information in accordance with the provisions of Article 81.
In case of the first item of the first paragraph, the traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall withdraw the original motor vehicle driving license.
