He is currently the chairman of Xinhu Futures Co., Ltd. and the vice chairman of Zhejiang Futures Industry Association.

He used to be president of China International Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd. and director of Shanghai Futures Exchange. He used to be part-time vice president of China Futures Association and vice president and secretary general of Shenzhen Futures Association.

1993 entered Shenzhen Intermediate Futures Company (later renamed China International Futures Company) in May, and started as a grass-roots trader.

Since 1999, he has served as the president of Shenzhen Interim Company, leading the company to rank second in 200 1 futures trading volume.

From 2002 to 2007, the number of agents and the number of agents ranked first in the national futures industry.

In 2004, he was awarded "Top Ten People in China Futures Market".

Since Ma Wensheng was engaged in the futures industry, he has published many papers and participated in the preparation of a large number of books related to futures. His articles on the development direction of futures companies, the improvement of service functions, the standardized development of futures markets, the operation mode of futures brokerage business, and the communication between media industry and futures markets have all aroused the response of the industry. At the same time, he served as the editor-in-chief of Programmed Trading Methods of Futures Trends, the deputy editor-in-chief of Basic Knowledge and Practice of Futures, participated in the compilation of Principles and Cases of Futures Litigation, the development model of Sino-foreign joint venture futures companies and the head of domestic non-ferrous metal futures delivery research projects. The innovative products "Daily Trader" ordering software and D-PLUS futures database system independently developed by R&D personnel of the company won the third prize of Shenzhen Financial Innovation in 2006 and 2007 respectively.
