1: Wrong transaction system selection. Generally, futures companies have more than one trading system. For example, the open system is Hang Seng. If CTP is selected as the background, you cannot log in. Open cultural trading software, if you choose Boyi, you may not be able to log in.

2. The password is incorrect. The initial password is generally the last six digits of the ID card (you can reset the password at the counter of the futures company).
