1. In 24, the project "Research on Mass Customization Technology System and Its Application in the Design of Domestic Important Equipment" completed by Tan Jianrong won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress. This project is aimed at the design of domestic important equipment, which solves the problems of personalized user demand, long product design cycle and low production efficiency in the design and production of domestic important equipment, and solves a series of problems such as the traditional product configuration design is difficult to achieve product innovation. The technical system and theoretical method of mass customization were first put forward in China, and the product configuration design, product variant design, product recursive design and product visual design under mass customization environment were realized. The unitized self-organizing integrated design system oriented to order configuration, the formal modeling system of customer generalized demand classification system, the product recursive design system of mass customization and the product assembly design system based on knowledge were developed. This achievement has been applied in the design of domestic important equipment such as steam turbines, elevators and escalators, oxygen and air separation equipment, CNC machine tools and rolling stock. He has obtained 6 computer software copyright registrations and published 81 academic papers, of which 45 are included in SCI and EI.

2. in 25, the project "exploration and practice of characteristic platform of engineering graphics and radiation of teaching base" completed by Tan Jianrong won the first prize of the fifth national teaching achievement of higher education. The project has built the teaching base of engineering graphics into the center of teaching research, the experimental point of teaching reform, the demonstration point of teaching level, the combination point of teaching and scientific research and the radiation source of teaching achievement. Five platforms of engineering graphics teaching base are put forward and constructed, namely, graphics quality platform based on the combination of high-tech and classic content, three-dimensional teaching material platform for multi-level and multi-type engineering graphics teaching base, experimental platform for participatory interactive engineering graphics teaching base, learning platform for independent research engineering graphics teaching base and sustainable development platform for people-oriented engineering graphics teaching base. It has comprehensively promoted the national teaching reform of engineering graphics, and provided excellent reference for the construction of mechanical foundation and other engineering bases from three aspects: teaching reform ideas, three-dimensional teaching materials and courseware, and high-level personnel training and training.

Aiming at the problems in the design of complex equipment and process tools, such as long design period of nonstandard structure, many design changes, unpredictable performance under different working conditions and difficult to guarantee overall quality, the project proposed and realized the key technologies of integrated digital design of complex equipment and process tools. A series of complex equipment products have been developed, and the results have played an important role in promoting enterprises to realize independent design and development of complex equipment, changing the mode of economic growth, and promoting the technical progress of mechanical engineering disciplines and industries.

The project puts forward and realizes the mixed adjustment technology combining unit adjustment and parameter adjustment of complex equipment, the response technology of complex equipment design change, the structural variation design technology of complex equipment process tooling, the fatigue failure mechanism of key machines and the life prediction and sequencing method of multiple machines, the process coordination analysis technology of complex equipment process parameters and tooling formability, and the tolerance coordination analysis technology of complex equipment precision and process tooling precision. Innovations and breakthroughs have been made in the non-standard transformation technology of multi-demand mapping of complex equipment, structural variation and performance enhancement design of complex equipment and process tools, multi-scale quality prediction and life balance of complex equipment, integrated design and coordination analysis of complex equipment and process tools, and the proposed and realized technology has reached the international advanced level as a whole through expert appraisal.

The project has built a digital design platform for complex equipment with independent intellectual property rights. The theoretical methods and supporting technologies put forward have been applied in the design of large-scale injection molding equipment and mould complete sets, large-scale air separation complete sets, high-grade numerical control equipment, large-scale electrostatic precipitator complete sets, navy X equipment, etc., and won 6 national invention patents, 17 software copyrights, 2 utility model patents, and formulated 5 national and industrial standards. The formation of 15 design specifications has effectively improved the design efficiency and quality of complex equipment, realized the transformation from providing equipment to providing solutions, from providing single machine to providing complete sets of equipment, and from providing equipment to providing equipment and process tools, and achieved good economic and social benefits.
