In accordance with the spirit of the China Securities Regulatory Commission's "Notice on Arrangements for Holidays and Market Closures on Certain Holidays in 2016" (CSRC Banfa [2016] No. 94), matters related to the arrangements for market closures on some holidays in 2016 are hereby notified as follows:

1. Market closing arrangements (1) New Year’s Day: January 1 (Thursday) to January 3 (Saturday) is a holiday, January 4 (Sunday) is a weekend holiday, and January 5 The market will open as usual from Monday.

(2) Spring Festival: The market will be closed for the holiday from February 18th (Wednesday) to February 24th (Tuesday), and will open as usual from February 25th (Wednesday). The market will be closed on the weekends on February 15th (Sunday) and February 28th (Saturday).
