Easter is Easter in English, originally a religious festival. But Easter is different from Christmas and Valentine's Day. Easter is not fixed on a certain day of the year. The date of Easter is different every year. It changes like our Spring Festival, but it is usually in March or April.
EasterSunday is a Sunday, so besides Easter, it can also be called Easter Sunday. In 325 AD, Constantine the Great of the Roman Empire held the first Nicaean public meeting, stipulating that Easter was Sunday. Because Sunday is regarded as the Sabbath by the church, Easter is held on the first Sunday after the full moon at the vernal equinox every year.
Activities:
Monday is sometimes called Easter Monday, also known as recovery day. Resurrection means bringing people back to life.
The church will hold an Easter ceremony on this day, adding essential oil or perfume to the Easter holy water retrieved from the church, and then spraying it on furniture, food, pets, gardens and other places at home. At the same time, the whole family will get together for dinner, play Easter games and eat Easter eggs.
