1. Be concise.
When meeting with customers, whether introducing yourself or introducing products, you should be concise, and it is best to finish in two sentences. Speak slowly and don't procrastinate. When you speak, you must look into each other's eyes and smile.
2. Don't interrupt each other when they are talking.
Don't refute the other person's point of view casually, be sure to find out the other person's intention before you speak. Sometimes customers' belittling of products is just a habitual vent. As long as you listen carefully to his vent and show understanding from time to time, you will eventually win the favor of customers and talk about product orders much easier.
3, in the face of customer questions, the answer must be comprehensive.
A comprehensive answer is not endless, and the more answers, the better, but a comprehensive answer to the customer's questions. Don't miss anything, especially the key questions, but also learn to ask and answer ten questions, which is not contradictory to accuracy. When customers know about the product, it is best to answer the questions they have to ask at one time.
4. Answer each other's questions seriously.
I clearly want to give a positive answer. If I don't know, I can tell the customer directly. I'll write this question down and answer it when I figure it out. Never pretend you don't understand, and don't give vague answers. Not to mention talking nonsense to avoid customers' problems. Be careful when answering customer questions, and don't give absolute answers.
Don't talk about business with customers in rhetorical tone.
You should smile and say: I understand your point of view very well. If you can let me explain it further, you will be satisfied. We can't be irrational because our customers are irrational.
