Futures refers to the varieties listed on Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange, Shanghai Futures Exchange and CICC, and the general margin ratio is less than 10%, which is approved by the State Council. Products that are not listed on these four exchanges, but can be traded online and approved by the Ministry of Commerce are generally called spot (I think this name is awkward and I suggest not to participate in such transactions).
