How long can the integrity evaluation of freight documents be overdue?
Legal analysis: Generally speaking, the integrity assessment of freight documents is conducted once a year, and there is no overdue limit. However, if it is not assessed all the time, the integrity level may be lowered.

Legal basis: Article 37 of the Regulations on the Administration of Road Transport Practitioners. The credit assessment and scoring assessment period of road transport practitioners is 12 months, counting from the date of obtaining the qualification information for the first time. Integrity assessment grades are divided into excellent, qualified, basically qualified and exceptional, which are represented by AAA, AA, A and B respectively. If the cumulative score exceeds the limit during the assessment period, the credit assessment level is Grade B, and the provincial transportation authorities and road transport management institutions shall announce the results of the annual credit assessment and scoring assessment of road transport practitioners to the public for public inspection.
