About the three levels of PAT, the difficulty is roughly as follows:
B (B): Chinese topic, the topic is quite simple, mainly about simple simulation, string processing, Hash hash, sorting, dichotomy and linked list.
A (Grade A): English question, with data structure added on the basis of Grade B, mainly testing linear data structure, tree, graph theory, shortest path, depth search and breadth search, STL, parallel search set, simple DP, complex simulation, etc.
T (I): English questions, that is, ACM things.
As long as you brush through the question bank for Grade B and Grade A, 90% of the questions can be worked out independently, and it is not a problem to get 80% full marks. (Be sure to brush the question bank before the exam)
If your purpose is to find a job, I suggest you take the Grade A exam, which is at least more recognized than Grade B.. B It's really easy. You have to take the exam 100. Besides, you really don't have to worry about English. Although the top questions of grade A are all in English, they are actually very easy to read. If you don't believe me, read it.
If you get good results after the exam, there are companies that do contact you, but they are all small units or startups. I sent you an email to submit my resume, but I didn't (if I did, I should be able to interview directly)
But if your goal is BAT, it's useless for you to take this test, because the first-tier Internet companies' school recruitment written test is even more difficult than PAT's Grade A. Don't expect Google and BAT in official website to exempt you from the written test. But small companies really don't need a written test. )
Besides, you can't expect to find a job just with a PAT certificate. According to my interview experience, many people have never heard of this certificate. The one in Hangzhou may be better, and I have heard more about it.
When I was interviewing, an interviewer mentioned PAT to me on the other side of Netease game, and then gave me two algorithm questions to test me.
After reading what I said above, you probably know the gold content of PAT. Not worthless. PAT's perfect score is a small achievement, which proves that you have at least studied algorithms seriously.
I would like to add that whether you can get rid of the written test depends on many factors, not because you can shoot perfectly, but also on your academic qualifications and excellent resume. . Moreover, most of the current job seekers are masters, and the undergraduate course of the landlord is even less competitive.
