Try turning off the IE function first, and then reopening it. This will not affect the system. The steps are as follows:

Start-->Settings-->Control Panel- ->Add/Remove Programs-->Add/Remove Windows components, remove the hook in front of IE, and then click "Next" (you may need to restart the system)

Then repeat the above steps. Open the IE function again...
