3. Traffic restriction rules

5. Motor vehicles from other provinces, districts and cities are prohibited from entering the Second Ring Road (inclusive), Jianguomenwai Street, Fuxingmenwai Street, and Fuxing Road (from Muxidi Bridge to Xingxing Bridge).
6.
