Article 2 of the Regulations on the Management of Customer Account Opening in Futures Market stipulates that when a futures company opens an account for a customer, it shall review the account opening information of the customer to ensure that the account opening information is compliant, true, accurate and complete. Article 3 stipulates that China Futures Margin Monitoring Center Co., Ltd. shall be responsible for the specific implementation of customer account opening management. A futures company shall apply for and cancel the trading codes of various futures exchanges for customers through the monitoring center, and modify the customer information related to the trading codes. Article 5 stipulates that, after receiving the application materials for customer transaction codes forwarded by the monitoring center, the futures exchange shall distribute, allocate and manage the customer transaction codes according to the business rules of the futures exchange, and feed back the processing results of various applications to the futures company through the monitoring center. Article 6 stipulates that the monitoring center shall set up a unified account opening code for each customer, and establish the corresponding relationship between the unified account opening code and the trading code of customers in various futures exchanges.
