You can select one or more files and click the right mouse button to view the compression function. This operation can be compressed and packaged by the compression tool that comes with the computer, and finally sent out by email or other data transmission tools. The specific operation method is as follows:

1. Find and select the file to be compressed and packaged, as shown in the figure below.

2. After selecting the file to be compressed, right-click and click Add to Compressed File in the options that appear.

3. Enter the name of the compressed file in the compressed file name and parameters that appear, click the browse button to select the storage location of the compressed file, and then click the OK button.

You can see that the current file has been compressed into RAR format.

5. For example, to send a compressed file through QQ, open the QQ transfer object on your computer, drag the file to the chat window, and then click the Send button.

6. After the transmission progress is completed, you can see that the compressed package file has been sent successfully.

Precautions:

When using or opening a compressed file, you can select the file and right-click to select the option of extracting to+file name, so as to avoid being difficult to find because there are too many files when choosing other decompression methods.
