According to the original material list, check and accept the incoming materials, fill in the receipt form, and sign it with the superior keeper. The keeper fills in the custody account book according to the receipt.
The incoming materials are sent out of the warehouse.
When the relevant department issues materials, the relevant personnel of the department must fill in the outbound order. When the relevant leaders of the department confirm that they agree to issue materials, the keeper issues materials according to the details of the outbound order, and confirms the signature on the outbound order to recover the outbound order kept by the keeper. The keeper fills in the custody account book according to the outbound documents.
