Shang Hui Futures Co., Ltd. was established in February, 1996. It is the first futures brokerage company approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission and registered by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. It is also the first futures company in Anhui Province to obtain the qualification of financial futures brokerage business. Since its establishment, the company has been highly valued by leaders at all levels and widely concerned by all walks of life. At the beginning of the establishment of 1996, Comrade Wang Yang, then member of the Standing Committee of Anhui Provincial Party Committee and executive vice governor, personally wrote the title: "Hard-won, meticulously managed, step by step, managed according to law, gradually expanded and prospered the economy."
