Technical properties of asphalt glass fiber board This semi-rigid board has many unique technical properties.
1. Thermal insulation: As we all know, glass fiber has low thermal conductivity, especially glass fiber with smaller diameter. Because of its small bulk density, it can be widely used for thermal insulation, thermal insulation and cold preservation in buildings and industrial sectors, and it is an excellent thermal insulation material. The thermal conductivity of glass fiber is very small. After the waste glass fiber is made into asphalt glass fiber board, the glass fiber in the asphalt glass fiber board has irregular pores, which prevents air convection and weakens the role of convection in heat conduction, and has good heat insulation effect. Therefore, the thermal insulation performance of asphalt glass fiber board can be improved by properly reducing the diameter of glass fiber hand-drawn thick wire and reducing the packing density of asphalt glass fiber board.
2. Sound absorption: Glass fiber material has excellent sound absorption and sound insulation performance, and its sound absorption coefficient and frequency characteristics are closely related to the volume density, thickness and diameter of glass fiber. The general rule is that the sound absorption coefficient increases with the increase of packing density and thickness of glass fiber board.
3. Moisture absorption: The moisture absorption rate and water absorption rate of asphalt glass fiber board are measured by Shanghai Glass Steel Structure Research Institute: after being stored in a humidity box with a temperature of 50℃ and a relative humidity of 93% for 24 hours, the moisture absorption rate is not more than 0.5% (weight percentage). At room temperature, the test board was soaked in water for 24 hours and then taken out. After dripping 1 hour, the water absorption rate was not more than 65438+.
4. Other technical performance: (1) Strong vibration isolation performance between two building foundations, with L. Mm thick asphalt glass fiber board isolation. Application category
The board has low thermal conductivity, and can be used as thermal insulation material for various industrial buildings at non-high temperature (+150℃) and low temperature (-30℃). Because the board is porous, it has the characteristics of reflecting sound waves when building rigid and dense walls, and can be used as high-quality sound absorption materials. For example, the insulation layer used for the outer layer of ventilation pipes can replace cork boards or wood wool boards and will not deteriorate due to moisture absorption and mildew; If it is used as sound absorption layer in buildings with special requirements, it can replace superfine glass wool felt; Because of the low moisture absorption rate, the board can be used as a high-quality moisture-proof material. It can also be used as thermal insulation material for large areas of walls and ceilings. Or for vibration isolation of acoustic joints.
