How to clean up the plastic football field after it is flooded?
1. On-site investigation: According to the report of water accumulation in the flooded plastic football field and on-site data, if there is excavation, the excavated soil should be a slightly dense pebble sand layer. It is difficult to form a regular foundation pit shape during excavation. Observe the flooded point, install multiple pumps (the football field is large, so it is recommended to increase it to 10 after drainage) and start pumping water.

2, construction preparation

(1). Material preparation: As there are relevant precipitation data (because the precipitation comes from the football field management), the excavated groundwater level belongs to the temporary discovery on site, so only the submersible pump originally prepared for pumping non-groundwater is reserved for pumping the groundwater in the elevator shaft foundation pit. The materials and equipment prepared are: (submersible pump, cable, distribution box, pumping pipe, small generator, steel pipe, drain valve, etc. )

(2) Staffing: As groundwater is mainly pumped, in order to ensure that the pumping construction is not affected, two workers are required to guard and control the pumping situation in shifts 24 hours a day. Personnel plan for sump and blind ditch operation: 2 bricklayers, 5 general workers and welder 1 person.

(3) At present, the surrounding precipitation information is not available (not provided by the owner), and it is found that the groundwater is sudden in bad weather. Therefore, at the scene, first put the submersible pump in a detailed bamboo basket and pump water in the temporarily dug sump to ensure that the plastic particles or fine sand around the football field are not sucked into the pump to cause pump blockage, which leads to pumping interruption. When pumping water into the basement, build a sump with a clearance of 1200×500×600mm with shale solid bricks.

3. How to install the water pump:

Firstly, a pumping sump of about 1400×700×600mm is dug manually, and the elevation is strictly controlled below 0.6 m from the design basement elevation. And inclined around 1: 0.25 to ensure that the surrounding plastic particles do not fall. The excavated sand and gravel are transported to the designated place by excavators and loaders.

4, sump masonry:

According to geological prospecting data and site excavation, there is a plastic layer around the foundation pit, and the water in the basement can flow into the sump. Therefore, the sump is constructed with standard solid bricks and cement mortar M7.5 The thickness of the sump wall is 240mm. In the process of masonry, DN20PVC drainage pipes with a length of 500mm are placed. Four bricks are buried in a long brick wall. 1 The root is buried in the short-side brick wall, and a drainage ditch is set aside at the entrance of the blind ditch to connect the sump, which is built with gravel.

5, electricity and civilized construction

Workers in bricklaying and blind ditch pumping, assign special personnel to monitor the situation of the foundation pit, and shall not pile up any materials at the edge of the foundation pit. Carry out safe operation in strict accordance with the temporary safe electricity consumption specifications. Don't lap wires and cables at will. Set a brake according to the specification requirements. TN-S temporary power supply system is adopted.
