According to Article 125 of the Criminal Law, the crime of illegally manufacturing, trading, transporting, mailing and storing guns, ammunition and explosives is:
Whoever illegally manufactures, buys, sells, transports, mails or stores guns, ammunition and explosives shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years; If the circumstances are serious, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years, life imprisonment or death.

3, without the approval of the relevant competent departments of the state, illegally engaged in securities, futures, insurance business, or illegally engaged in fund payment and settlement business;
4. Other illegal business operations that seriously disrupt the market order.

In order to prevent diesel from catching fire and explosion, the following points should be done:
1. When buying diesel oil, do not buy it in small refineries or individual refineries, but in regular refineries or gas stations;
2. When the temperature is low in winter and diesel oil solidifies, don't use open flame to heat it, but use hot water to melt it;
3. When the iron drum is used for storage, there should be space in the iron drum to prevent explosion due to thermal expansion;
