Article 4 of the Regulations on the Administration of Futures Business Department (Trial) stipulates that the business department should have office, communication and trading facilities that meet the needs of futures business, and the facilities meet the following conditions: ① The business department should be equipped with more than two network communication lines to ensure the normal trading of the business department; The business department should be equipped with more than 2 telephone lines with recording function; (3) The business department should adopt two-way power supply, or in the case of single-way power supply, the standby power supply measures can provide 4 hours of power supply for normal business operation; ④ The information technology system of the business department shall meet relevant regulatory requirements to ensure safe and stable operation; ⑤ The business department should set up an investor education park, an on-site account opening place and a special financial archives room (cabinet room); ⑥ The business department should be equipped with relevant image acquisition equipment that meets the requirements of account opening management; All landowners business department should be equipped with fire prevention, peripheral isolation and anti-theft facilities; ⑧ Other conditions stipulated by China Securities Regulatory Commission.
