Emperor Group originated from the watch retail business and has been expanding since then. Up to now, it has become a diversified listed group, and its business scope includes finance, real estate, watches and jewellery, entertainment movies, hotels, publishing and printing, furniture and catering, etc.

Five companies under the Group have successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. They are Emperor Group (International) Co., Ltd. (stock code: 163), Emperor Watch & Jewellery Co., Ltd. (stock code: 887), Emperor Entertainment Hotel Co., Ltd. (stock code: 296) and Emperor Securities Group Co., Ltd. (mainly providing securities and futures brokerage services) engaged in hotel and gambling business in Macau.
