For the evaluation business with intangible assets as the evaluation object and litigation and arbitration as the purpose, the maximum charging standard can be increased by 20% on the basis of the above standards according to the complexity of the evaluation project, risk responsibility, time requirements and other factors; Fees for securities, futures and other related assessment services can be raised by up to 50%.

Second, the time charging standard

Time charging standards are divided into four grades, and the charging standards of each grade are as follows:

(2) Partners and department managers: no more than 600 yuan/person/hour;

(3) Certified Appraiser: no more than 500 yuan/person-hour;

Third, the combination of piecework and time charging

If the entrusting party has special requirements on time, or the workload of appraisers exceeds the normal workload of this kind of project for other reasons, the appraisal institution may, in accordance with the above standards, negotiate with the entrusting party to determine the specific charging standard, and adopt the method of combining piecework charging with time charging.
