After fully understanding yourself, make a clear self-orientation, find out what you have, what you lack, what you want, where you want to go, and the price you can pay for new success, such as sacrificing family time, or sacrificing rest time, or temporarily sacrificing your health, and so on.
Only when we have a clear self-orientation, can we have a smooth sailing in our new career, and we will not lose our confidence and patience in the new challenges.
Third, when you decide to change careers, you should understand the new industry and be prepared for resources.
For the new industry to be transformed, we should know its characteristics as much as possible, such as the business model, organization, new knowledge and new certificates needed by the new industry, such as the new industry conforms to the trend of the times? What attracts me in particular about this new industry? Can I succeed in my new business? Wait a minute.
When I decided to switch to the financial industry, I studied the qualification requirements of the financial industry, so I studied the knowledge of the fund, futures and securities industries and passed the examination to obtain the qualification of securities investment consultant and securities analyst. In addition, I also learned about its operation mode, career development and so on from inside and outside the financial circle.
Through the qualification preparation and understanding of the financial industry, my idea of switching to the financial industry is more mature, my heart is more confident, and my expectation of switching is more realistic.
