On-board debugging lights are flashing with CPU and DRAM lights, and cannot be turned on. Usually, there is a problem with one or both of these hardware.

If there are other processors on the same platform, you can try to replace them. If you have inserted more than one memory, you can try to unplug only 1 or try to move the memory to another slot. If there are no test conditions, it is recommended to take the computer to a repair shop for processing.
