Announcement of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate

The "Supplementary Provisions of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on the Enforcement of Determined Crimes in the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China" has been issued by the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate. Passed by the 1193rd meeting of the Judicial Committee of the People's Court and the 100th meeting of the 9th Procuratorial Committee of the Supreme People's Procuratorate. It is hereby announced and shall come into effect on March 26, 2002.

The 100th Meeting of the Ninth Procuratorate Committee adopted the legal interpretation [2002 〕No. 7)

In order to correctly understand and implement the "Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Punishing the Crimes of Fraudulent Purchase of Foreign Exchange, Evasion of Foreign Exchange and Illegal Purchase and Sale of Foreign Exchange" , "Amendment to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China", "Amendment to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China (II)", "Amendment to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China (Third)" (hereinafter referred to as "Decision", "Amendment" and "Amendment (2)" and "Amendment (3)"), unified determination of crimes, and the crimes are now determined in the Supreme People's Court's "On the Enforcement of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China" "Provisions" and the "Opinions of the Supreme People's Procuratorate on the application of crimes stipulated in the criminal law provisions" are supplemented and modified as follows.
