Rapeseed oil in futures is crude oil; Rapeseed oil is what we commonly call vegetable oil, also called rapeseed oil, coriander oil, rapeseed oil, sesame oil and mustard oil. It's edible oil squeezed from rapeseed. It is one of the main edible oils in China, mainly produced in the Yangtze River valley, southwest and northwest, and its output ranks first in the world. After nearly 10 years' efforts, China has transformed the traditional rapeseed oil with high erucic acid and low quality into low erucic acid rapeseed oil with the best nutritional quality in bulk vegetable oil. By 20 10 years, the double low rate of rapeseed in China has reached over 90%.
