How many questions are there in the futures law exam?
The qualification examination for futures practitioners is an entry examination for futures industry access and a national qualification examination. The examination is supervised and guided by China Securities Regulatory Commission, sponsored by China Futures Association and specifically undertaken by ATA Company. Since May 2022, the examination subject of futures laws and regulations has changed from 140 to 130. The number of questions related to the futures qualification examination and their scores are as follows:

The subject quantity of futures basic knowledge

Multiple choice questions: 60 questions, each with 0.5 points ***30 points;

Multiple-choice questions: 40 questions, each question 1 point, 40 points * * * (The Association plans to start the qualification examination for futures practitioners in May 2022, and the multiple-choice questions will be adjusted from 40 to 30).

True or false: 20 tracks, each with 0.5 points, *** 10 points;

Comprehensive questions: 20 questions, each question 1 point ***20 points.

Multiple choice questions: 60 questions, each with 0.5 points ***30 points;

Multiple-choice questions: 40 questions, each question 1 point ***40 points (the association plans to start the qualification examination for futures practitioners in May 2022, and the multiple-choice questions will be adjusted from 40 to 30);

True or false: 20 tracks, each with 0.5 points, *** 10 points;

Comprehensive questions: 20 questions, each question 1 point ***20 points.

Multiple choice questions: 20 questions, each with 1 score ***20 points;

True or false: 20 tracks, each 1 point, ***20 points;

Comprehensive questions: 30 questions, each question 1 point ***30 points.

Note: China Futures Association plans to adjust the examination of futures basic knowledge and futures laws and regulations from 140/100 minutes to 130/100 minutes, including 60 multiple-choice questions, 30 multiple-choice questions and 20 true-false questions. The main change is the multiple-choice question, from 40 to 30.
