Therefore, in the process of formulating the quality standard for pig futures delivery, based on the in-depth study of the national standard "Evaluation of Live Quality of Lean Pigs (GB/T32759-20 16)", Dashang Institute fully considered the actual situation of the spot industry such as the breeding management system, slaughter standards, trade demand, and acquisition standards of slaughter enterprises of major domestic pig breeding enterprises, and used objective indicators such as appearance and weight that can be tested on the spot. Relevant indicators that need subjective experience judgment in the breeding process are brought into the designated delivery warehouse management as pre-indicators, and a set of perfect quality management system is constructed to ensure the quality of live pig futures delivery products.

Legal basis: Article 8 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Product Quality Law. The State Council market supervision and management department is in charge of national product quality supervision. Relevant departments of the State Council are responsible for product quality supervision within their respective responsibilities. Local market supervision and management departments at or above the county level shall be in charge of product quality supervision within their respective administrative areas. The relevant departments of the local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for product quality supervision within the scope of their respective duties. Where the law provides otherwise for the product quality supervision department, the relevant laws shall prevail.
