North china university of technology graduated with a bachelor's degree in industrial management engineering and a master's degree in public administration from School of Government Administration of Peking University. He used to be the deputy section chief of the Industrial Section of Shijingshan District Planning and Economic Committee; Deputy director of enterprise reform department of municipal economic commission. Director, Enterprise Reform Division, Beijing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. He is currently the deputy general manager of Beijing State-owned Capital Management Center.
