Yellow rice wine: Rice, wheat and other grains are used as raw materials, and koji and yeast are added for fermentation. Such as Shaoxing yellow rice wine and rice wine.
Distilled liquor: including white wine, brandy, whisky, Ouedec, rum, etc.
Liquor: It is made by cooking, saccharifying, fermenting, distilling, aging and blending with sorghum and other grains as the main raw materials. This is a traditional product with thousands of years' history in China. Whiskey: It is made of barley and futures grain through saccharification, fermentation, distillation and storage, and its alcohol content is about 40%. For example, the famous scotch whisky.
Liquor preparation: Distilled liquor is made by adding additives of edible animals, plants or utensils and blending (also known as dew wine). Such as: bamboo leaf green, three snake wine.

Luzhou-flavor: rich in fragrance, soft and sweet, sweet in mouth, soft in mouth and clean in tail. When drinking, it is fragrant, sweet and palatable, with a long aftertaste, especially after drinking.
