According to Article 4 1 of the Regulations on the Management of Futures Trading, state-owned and state-holding enterprises should follow the principle of hedging when conducting domestic and overseas futures trading, and strictly abide by the relevant regulations of the State Council State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Agency and other relevant departments on enterprises entering the futures market with state-owned assets.
