Article 25 of the Provisions on the Administration of Chief Risk Officers of Futures Companies (for Trial Implementation) The chief risk officer shall enjoy the following powers according to the needs of performing his duties: (1) Attend or attend meetings related to his duties as nonvoting delegates; (2) Consulting the relevant documents, files and materials of the futures company; (3) Talking with relevant personnel of futures companies and institutions that provide intermediary services such as auditing and law for futures companies; (four) to understand the business implementation of the futures company; (5) Other functions and powers as stipulated in the articles of association.
