Inquiry, change and cancellation of personal RMB remittance package of China Bank;

1. You can't change, cancel the contract or inquire about the business through the shared account, but any mobile phone number can send a short message "HKTCCX # main signing and payment account number (card number)" to 95566, and you can inquire about the remaining quantity and validity period of the package corresponding to the main signing account.

2. Changing the transaction means that you modify the designated mobile phone number or delete the shared account through the main contracted account, and modify the initial amount of receipt and payment. During the subscription period, the shared account can only be deleted, and cannot be added, replaced or changed.

3. Termination means that you terminate the automatic renewal relationship through the main signing account.

(1) After the automatic renewal is terminated, the use of the remaining transactions in the current personal remittance package will not be affected. However, the automatic renewal of the current remittance package cannot be terminated after the expiration of the renewal mechanism and the deduction (the deduction time is two days before the expiration of the validity period and after the business hours of the bank outlets).

(2) After the next package starts, you can cancel the contract again.

(3) After the SMS automatic renewal mechanism is triggered, you are allowed to cancel the contract within the specified time before confirmation.

(4) During the validity period of the package, it cannot be re-established after the automatic renewal is cancelled.

4. Inquiring about the transaction means that you can inquire about the usage details of the personal remittance package through the main contracted account.

5. BOC provides you with SMS notification service through the mobile phone number specified when you sign the contract, such as the prompt of successful signing, the prompt of the package about to expire, the prompt of the package about to run out, and the prompt of failure to renew the contract (sent when the contract is not renewed upon expiration). You can also send a text message to check the remaining quantity and validity period of the personal remittance package. If you are abroad and have no roaming service, you will not be able to receive short messages. The above SMS notification and inquiry services are free.
