According to the latest regulations of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Article 7 of the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Options Pilot Investor Suitability Management Guidelines (Revised in 2017)", individual investors participating in options transactions must comply with the following Conditions:

(1) The average daily securities market value and available balance of the capital account entrusted to the option operating institution for the 20 trading days before applying for account opening (excluding securities and funds financed through margin trading and securities lending transactions) ), the total amount is not less than RMB 500,000;

(2) Designated to trade with a securities company for more than 6 months and have the qualifications to participate in margin trading and securities lending business or financial futures trading experience; or open an account with a futures company for 6 months More than 3 months of experience in financial futures trading;

(3) Have basic knowledge of options and pass relevant tests recognized by the Exchange;

(4) Have options simulation recognized by the Exchange Trading experience;

(5) Have corresponding risk tolerance;

(6) Have no serious bad integrity records and engage in activities prohibited or restricted by laws, regulations, rules and the business rules of the Exchange The situation of options trading;

(7) Other conditions prescribed by the Exchange.

Individual investors who participate in option transactions must pass a comprehensive assessment of option investor suitability organized by an option operating agency.

To open a stock option simulation account, you need to meet the following conditions:

(1) The average daily securities market value hosted by the option operating institution entrusted to you during the 20 trading days before applying for account opening and The available balance of the capital account (excluding securities and funds introduced through margin trading and securities lending transactions), totaling no less than RMB 500,000;
