Among them, driving a small automatic passenger car for the disabled can be accompanied by a driver with a driver's license above the small automatic passenger car. During the internship period after adding the quasi-driving type, driving the original quasi-driving type motor vehicle is not subject to the above restrictions.

2, motor vehicle drivers have one of the following acts, by the traffic administrative department of the public security organ at more than twenty yuan to two hundred yuan fine:

(a) the driver of a motor vehicle continues to use the original motor vehicle driver's license after replacing it;

(two) driving a motor vehicle during the internship period does not meet the provisions of article seventy-fifth;

(three) driving a motor vehicle without sticking or hanging a sign of practice or a special sign for disabled motor vehicles;

(four) the driver who holds the driver's license of a large bus, tractor, city bus, medium-sized bus or large truck fails to declare the change information in accordance with the provisions of Article 80; In case of the first item of the first paragraph, the traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall withdraw the original motor vehicle driving license.

Article 74 of the Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License: The internship period is 12 months after the motor vehicle driver applies for the motor vehicle driving license for the first time and adds the quasi-driving type. Personnel who have newly obtained driver's licenses for large buses, tractors, city buses, medium-sized buses and large trucks shall take knowledge tests on road traffic safety laws and regulations, traffic safety and civilized driving, and emergency response within 30 days after the end of the internship period. And receive not less than half an hour of warning education on traffic accident cases. If you drive a motor vehicle during the internship period, you should stick or hang a unified practice sign at the back of the car body.

Article 22 of the Implementation Regulations of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China: The validity period of a motor vehicle driver's license is 6 years, unless otherwise stipulated in these regulations.
