The certificate of the designated representative or entrusted agent can be downloaded from the China Enterprise Registration Website of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce () or obtained from various administrations for industry and commerce.

If the above items do not indicate the copy to be submitted, the original shall be submitted.

If a copy is submitted, it shall be marked as "consistent with the original" and stamped with the official seal of the enterprise/company.

Second, the annual inspection procedures

(1) Please fill in relevant information through the Internet, and then report to the window of the Enterprise Registration Hall of Chongwen District Administration for Industry and Commerce in Beijing with relevant materials.

(2) To declare annual inspection, the following documents shall be submitted:

Annual inspection report

Certificate of the designated representative or entrusted agent of the enterprise.

Copy of business license

If there are pre-registered administrative licensing items in the business scope, copies of relevant licenses and approval documents stamped with the seal of the enterprise shall be submitted.

Annual balance sheet and income statement

The following companies shall also submit audit reports:

One-person limited liability companies, listed joint-stock companies and companies engaged in finance, securities and futures; Companies engaged in insurance, venture capital, capital verification, evaluation, guarantee, real estate brokerage, entry-exit intermediary, overseas labor agency and enterprise registration agency; Companies whose registered capital is paid in installments but not paid in full; And companies that falsely report their registered capital, make false contributions or evade paying their contributions within three years.

The audit report submitted by the enterprise can be the audit report of the enterprise's financial accounting report, or the audit report of the enterprise's annual balance sheet and income statement.

If an enterprise has an unincorporated branch, it shall also submit a copy of the business license of the branch.

Other materials required by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

Enterprises entering liquidation only submit annual inspection reports.

(3) The annual inspection time of the enterprise is from March/KLOC-0 to June 30. Please arrange the time reasonably and submit the materials as soon as possible.

(4) If the enterprise cannot attend the annual inspection on schedule due to special reasons, it shall apply for extension before the end of the annual inspection.
